As we all begin to adjust to a plastic free world, let’s look at what we can do right now for our world. Biodegradable goods have come on in leaps and bounds recently soI have selected a few everyday products for you to take a closer look at.
REUSABLE COFFEE CUPS
Made from rice husks (the outer hull of the rice grain) and not plastic. The product is totally biodegradable and has not a trace of BPA, melamine or toxins. Safe to reheat coffee in the microwave and clean in the dishwasher. Included is a recyclable, reusable silicon sleeve for when your coffee is too hot to handle!

IT’S A WRAP!
Baby boomers remember going into the butcher’s with Mum and watching our purchases being individually wrapped in waxed paper. Now there’s Bee’s Wrap a really clever alternative to plastic food wrap. A joy to use then re-use again and again. Ingeniously at the end of their useful life, they can be cut into strips and put into the compost as they are completely biodegradable or even wrap them around kindling sticks and use as a natural and effective fire starter.
