Confidence runs like a golden thread throughout our lives. Without it we can’t express or even represent ourselves effectively to others. Self esteem is a key component, so in this section we will be looking at how, for example, taking career breaks can have a negative effect on us and explore how we can work to restore our levels of confidence. We will discover who is out there to help us and what they can offer.
